Arabian camel has one head and long neck, and thick eyelash. It has muscle in sinus to close and open to prevent desert sand. Its body is red-gray or light brown in color. It has one hump on the back to store fat. Its height up to shoulder is 2 meters. Its weight is around 600 kilograms.
It is found in deserts around North to Central Africa.
It eats grasses and leafs.
It can conserve water for quite a long period. Currently, It is used for carrying things in deserts.
